A Few years ago I had a featured post on I'm a Lazy Mom, of one of our favorite family recipes. This is my go to quick (just 5 ingredients and about 20 minuets till its ready) Soup on chilly day.
- 1/2 pound Hamburger
- 1/2 of a small chopped Onion
- 1 16 oz bag of Bow Tie Noodles
- 1 Can Italian Chopped Tomatoes
- Hand full of Cheese
Brown 1/2 a pound of Hamburger with half of an onion finely chopped. As your hamburger is cooking you'll want to start a pot of water with 2 chicken bullion cubes. Once boiling add 1 16 oz pkg of Bow Tie noodles. Once the noodles are cooked add one can of Italian Chopped Tomatoes, to the noodles along with your browned Hamburger. Serve warm and top with Cheese.Pin It
